How does it work ?
Face-to-face sessions are available at my office. Or the sessions can be done in the comfort of your home or via skype. Telephone sessions are also possible when scheduled as an appointment.
Skype may be an excellent option, as it fits in with your busy lifestyle and you can have the session in the privacy of your own home, or if you are abroad.
These sessions typically involve you and I spending time, exploring specific sections of what’s going on. The duration of a session is 50 minutes. Depending on the type of approach used and the number of sessions involved, you will be asked to complete exercises outside of the therapy sessions.
There is no specific end date as its a process, but a fixed number of sessions can be agreed on, with a specific focus, as in brief therapy. Realistically, there is no quick fix as generally time and choices led you to this point and continue to play a factor.
However, together we can reach a point in which you are more aware of your thoughts and behaviour.
